7.00 am Walking or Seated Meditation
8 am Yoga Asana Practice
10am Brunch
11am Karma Yoga
11.45am Free Time
3.15 pm Mindfulness Practice
4 pm Yoga Asana Practice
6 pm Dinner
7.30 pm Satsang (Guided Meditation and Yoga sharing)
